Born in Argentina. From the humid pampas, she is educator and
strategic communicator passionate about conservation and inclusive development in a healthy environment. She has extensive experience in implementing initiatives for conservation and sustainability. She’s been responsible for education and public use areas in various
protected areas. She was Regional Vice-chair for Mesoamerica and South America of the IUCN Commission on Education and
Communication (CEC) (2015-2019) and is member of the COM
#MujeresEnConservación LAC team. Teacher. Consultant
Pâmella Nogueira

Born in Brazil. Independent socio-environmental consultant for management and governance projects of protected and conserved areas LAC. She offers training, courses and content on environmental leadership from his company Enraíze! @enraize.co.

Born in Mexico. Independent consultant for conservation projects of protected areas and coastal-marine ecosystems. Her areas of
expertise are climate change adaptation and gender equality. She has experience in coordinating collaborative networks and facilitating
participatory processes. She is a member of Sustainable Ocean Alliance (SOA) Mexico and the Protected Areas Climate Change
Specialist Group (PACCSS) of WCPA-IUCN.

Estudiante de Ingeniería Ambiental en el 9° ciclo de la UNASAM. Es miembro de Interpétalos de Rellac Jóvenes y una entusiasta de la conservación del Parque Nacional Huascarán. Forma parte del equipo coordinador de la Red Peruana de Juventudes y Biodiversidad (GYBN Perú) y de la Red de Mujeres en Conservación de Latinoamérica y el Caribe. Es responsable de actividades de campo en Qinti Perú, una organización que promueve la forestación en el Parque Nacional Huascarán. Fue embajadora de La Celebración en 2021-2022. Además, ha sido coordinadora de redes sociales y marketing en diversas organizaciones sociales y ambientales, y ha completado varios cursos en este ámbito.
Martin Ruiz Diaz

Ingeniero agrónomo especializado en protección vegetal, con un enfoque particular en fitopatología. Fue voluntario en el programa de apoyo Voluntario a Áreas Protegidas (PAVAP), contribuyendo como miembro del equipo técnico para la implementación del programa en el Parque Nacional Ybycuí. También es parte del Equipo Técnico de las actividades de campo de la Escuela de Liderazgo y Turismo del Ybytyruzú (ELTY). Actualmente, es mediador del Primer Museo de Ciencias del Paraguay (MuCi Py), donde continúa su compromiso con la difusión del conocimiento científico y la protección del medio ambiente.
Santiago Novoa, COLABORADOR FINANCIAMIENTO
Economista con 13 años de experiencia de trabajo en consultoría, gestión de proyectos e investigación, enfocado en la interacción de la economía con los desafíos ambientales. Actualmente asesor en financiamiento para proyectos de conservación de la naturaleza y cambio climático, y coordinador de la Lic. en Administración de Áreas Naturales en la Universidad del Chubut.
