Did you know that on October 17 we celebrate the Protected and Conserved Areas of Latin America and the Caribbean? These areas are very important for the conservation of life, nature and people.
In 2019, at the conclusion of theIII Congress of Protected and Conserved Areas LAC the "Celebration" was created based on the Declaration of the Day of Protected and Conserved Areas LAC to enhance this date and raise awareness about our areas, regional work, and the people involved. In 2023, we will hold our fourth edition with a unique hybrid broadcast from Honduras.
